Well presented and charming country style single storey villa with beautiful garden and panoramic sea view on a rural and quiet location, yet only 15 kilometers from the beach of Manta Rota. A true privileged and peaceful location surrounded by pure nature!
The South-facing villa is located on an elevated position and enjoys far reaching 240 degrees country and sea view. The property consists of a spacious living room, a dining/breakfast area and fully equipped kitchen, all in an airy open plan design (see photo layout). In addition there are two double bedrooms with build-in wardrobes and two bathrooms, both en-suite and with walk-in shower (one with bath). Access from the living room and one of the bedrooms onto the south facing semi-covered terrace leading to a beautiful garden with many mature and local plants, an outside shower, BBQ area and a car port for two cars. The house has central heating in all rooms. Air conditioning in the living room and one of the bedrooms.
A car is recommended to get the most out of your stay in the Algarve. The villa has easy access by tarmac road. -
Relish the peace and tranquillity of the countryside; breathe the fresh air, listen to the birds and the cicadas and enjoy the breath-taking views of the tranquil valley, the rolling Algarve hills and glimpses of the sea. This is a peaceful and unspoilt location abundant in olive, almond, carob and orange trees. There are calm paths and tracks for strolling, and the fields are ablaze with wildflowers in the spring.
The villa consists of a comfortable open plan living room with a wood burning stove leading to a dining area and kitchen (newly renovated with AEG appliances). There are two double bedrooms with wardrobes, one is on the ground floor and the other on the 1st floor. Each bedroom integrates a newly renovated bathroom. The property features air – conditioning for cooling and heating (bedrooms & living room), in addition to central heating and a wood burner for heating.
From the inside dining area you have access to a shaded terrace with table and chairs with a barbeque. Beyond that, the secluded landscaped garden and the beautiful pool where you can relax and enjoy the picturesque surroundings.
Outside there are four different terraces - two with a view of the sunset and one with a view of the sea.
The property has its own solar system and is therefore CO2-neutral
The pool heating has 12 KW. This leads to a warming of the water of approx. 10 degrees Celsius and is especially ideal in spring and autumn. But it is also very pleasant in winter and summer.
There is free parking outside the entrance of the villa.
